New members

People who asked to join on the website. A new group can start once five people from one congregation choose the same programme, and until you approve it, others who join fill it up to 12; the next person starts another group. One of them is suggested at random as leader. You approve the group here, and once the group has agreed on its leader you install them under Groups. The leader then saves the group's name.

Finished a programme

Students whose latest mark in every book of their programme is Completed. Confirm it to record it in the Completions tab (for graduation lists), and start them on the next programme when they are ready. Their marks so far are kept.

A new group meets and agrees on its leader. That person signs up on the student portal with their Gmail, and you approve them here. You can also press Install leader to set a leader yourself. Groups are best at 10 students, and 12 is the most.
